Payment and Refund
Payment methods:
- Cash in Rupees
- Cash in Dollars
- Rupees via transfer to local Permata or BNI bank cards
- Rubles via transfer to Sberbank card
Is it possible to cancel the excursion with a full refund of the paid amount?
For most excursions, no prepayment is required. Excursions are paid for on the day of the trip before the tour begins. Same-day cancellations are not accepted. In the event of a cancellation less than 3 hours before the start, we will charge 50% of the tour cost.
Prepayment is required for groups of more than 4 people, private boats and yachts, premium class cars, and helicopters.
We accept prepayment via any of the methods mentioned above.

- 50% for private boats and helicopters
- 10% for excursions for groups of more than 4 people
- 50% for tours to Indonesian islands, except Bali and Nusa Penida
- 50% for Mount Agung climbing
