Is it possible to cancel the excursion with a full refund of the paid amount?

For most excursions, no prepayment is required. Excursions are paid for on the day of the trip before the tour begins. Same-day cancellations are not accepted. In the event of a cancellation less than 3 hours before the start, we will charge 50% of the tour cost.

Prepayment is required for groups of more than 4 people, private boats and yachts, premium class cars, and helicopters.

We accept prepayment via any of the methods mentioned above.

Prepayment:

100% for premium class cars
50% for private boats and helicopters
10% for excursions for groups of more than 4 people
50% for tours to Indonesian islands, except Bali and Nusa Penida
50% for Mount Agung climbing

Prepayment is required to book dates for transfers, guides, and premium class services. Prepayment is non-refundable!
