More about places
Lempuyang Temple, also known as the “Gates of Heaven,” is one of Bali’s oldest and most revered temples. It is located on the eastern slopes of Mount Lempuyang, at an altitude of approximately 1,058 meters above sea level. The temple complex consists of seven zones or temples, and more than 1,500 steps lead to the gates themselves. The temple’s main gates are famous for their view of the sacred Mount Agung and create the illusion of floating in the air, making this place popular for photography and spiritual contemplation.
Tirta Gangga Royal Water Palace is a beautiful historic complex with picturesque pools, fountains, and well-maintained gardens, located in eastern Bali. Its name translates as “Sacred Water of the Ganges,” and the park is known for its healing springs and ritual baths. Visitors can stroll among traditional Balinese architecture, enjoy the tranquility, and take in its photogenic views.
