You will reach the volcano by 4WD jeep and cover part of the route on horseback.
Note: Visiting Mount Bromo requires a flight from Denpasar Airport (Bali) to Surabaya Airport (Java). Round-trip flights are not included in the tour price and are purchased separately.

Mount Bromo is one of the most famous and active volcanoes on the island of Java, standing 2,392 meters high. It is located in Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park and surrounded by a huge caldera approximately 8 kilometers in diameter, covered with volcanic sand and ash. The volcano often emits smoke, while its crater, approximately 600 meters in diameter, is constantly filled with steam and fumaroles. Bromo is especially popular with tourists for the opportunity to observe spectacular landscapes and sunrises, as well as for the relatively easy climb to the crater via a stone staircase. It is considered sacred, and the Hindu temple of Pura Luhur Poten is located nearby, where rituals and offerings are held annually.
